T-QUALITY

The higher level of the system is a comprehensive solution to packaging needs, in which our authorized packaging specialists will help you to compare the alternatives regarding the use of different packaging materials and work practices. This not only results in the reduced price of one specific factor , but also in the overall optimizing of costs throughout the complete process of packaging and logistics.

In essence :

  • the right product
  • the right delivery
  • the right price

Continuous efforts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in the fulfilling of their very diverse needs led us to create an original system of guaranteed quality standard of goods and services. It is a specific internal superstructure of already standard processes prescribed in procedures resulting from the ISO quality system standards.

Goods included in the guaranteed "T-Quality" system are indicated by a corresponding code defined for individual commodities. Each code has precisely defined quality parameters, which are the main criterion for ordering the given items in the internal company system without depending on whether the supplies are from internal or external sources. In this way we obtained a very efficient tool for general quality control allowing for a greater flexibility in supply while minimizing the risk diversification of customer-supplier relationships, which are becoming increasingly complex in the comprehensive packaging solution systems.

Supplies going through the T-quality system make the customers much more certain that regardless of the current market situation, they get the right product at the right price and at the right time, right where they need it.

The principle of the system:T-QUALITY

The right product

Every customer should have the right to choose the quality of the packaging material that is used, without being subjected to coercion, misinformation or sales techniques employed by the supplier's sales department in order to make a sale at any cost, regardless of the actual needs of the customer. While sometimes even the best product is not ideal for a particular purpose, in many cases a lower quality or even another kind of product is quite sufficient.

To eliminate confusion in the sale of products from renowned brands, through to less known brands and unbranded products, we have introduced uniform identification that helps to distinguish the class of product quality. The variety of options thus ranges from standard quality for everyday use, better quality in the case of higher requirements, up to exceptionally high quality designed for particularly demanding applications. Where practical, this division is supported also by trademark.

Our experience shows that even a very famous brand manufacturers can sometimes use the reputation of their brand to promote a product of a relatively standard quality and, conversely, some lesser known manufacturers can generate products of particularly high quality. Based on many years of experience in the manufacturing, purchasing, distribution and use of packaging materials we have harnessed the knowledge gained from the consistent application of ISO 9001 quality system, and thus have managed to create an internal system of quality classes that facilitates customer choice in opting for alternatives.

The right delivery

Specialists in purchasing and delivery know all too well that getting a contact or a contract for the supply of required goods is not a simple thing even in times of an excess of supply over demand, and finding a supplier or manufacturer does not necessarily mean a solution. Every trade agreement therefore only comes to fulfilment when the supplier is not only able to deliver the goods or service, but can also comply with all the terms and conditions, particularly in terms of the agreed location, time and quantity. Our system therefore allows the tracking of customer requirements already in the system so that in particular the priority of time, place or quantity in divided supplies can be fulfilled. The ultimate from this view are agreed JIT deliveries.

The right price

Even a complete layman knows that the utility value of a Trabant is not the same as that of a Mercedes, even though both could be classified as “passenger cars”. Therefore, they also have naturally different prices. Up to now, however, it has not always been clear that such a trivial consumer product like packaging tape has hundreds of possible variants, which differ not only in the width and length of the winding, but also in the quality of the used pad, its thickness, type of adhesive, thickness of the adhesive layer, the type of alveoli, method of packaging and shipping, and many other factors.

It is therefore no easy task to choose the product with the optimal price to value ratio. On the one hand, there is the risk of incurring unnecessary costs by using expensive materials, whose actual or imaginary characteristics are not reflected in the final product. On the other hand, there is the possibility of losses resulting from the use of cheap materials which lack the required quality parameters.

The system of classification within quality classes not only class the costs of each item of goods, but also the real utility value. The fact that even products that can be made or bought cheaply may have a high utility value can be sufficiently documented only through a system of internal certifications. The customer gains the chance to generate additional profit in its production, without having to undergo the trauma of trial and error, usually suffered when buying at the lowest price offered.
