Another great advantage of this packaging is that it meets the strictest environmental requirements. The production is waste-free (including recycling of water). Recycled materials (waste paper, used cartons, technological waste from the production of paper and cardboard, etc.) are used to produce this packaging. The packaging itself is recyclable at the end of its life, or it can biodegrade without leaving an impact on the environment.

The packaging has deformation zones and thus perfectly absorbs possible shocks. Thanks to the specific design, they perfectly fix the goods in the carton (or other outer packaging) and fill the empty space. We design and manufacture custom cut-outs, cushioning inserts and other packaging from pulp in a wide range of sizes and shapes.

Pallets of molded pulp

Pallets made from recycled paper are a suitable substitute for conventional wood pallets and have many advantages over traditional pallets.

Pallets of molded pulp are perfect for single use. They can be especially useful to light product manufacturers, internet shops, logistics companies etc. Their great advantage is easy recycling.Empty pallets are very light (about 2-3 kg) and are very easy to handle. Due to their shape they are also very easy to stack and they do not take up too much space. In spite of their low weight, the pallets of molded pulp offer more than sufficient capacity (up to 250 kg). Pallet resistance against moisture is provided by hydrophobic treatment.

We usually offer two types of pallets – 1200 × 800 mm and 800 × 600 mm.
